COVID-19 Important Notice
In response to the recent global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, USBA in conjunction with our Underwriter, New York Life, is allowing a 90-day grace period for due dates February 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. This is not a waiver of premium, but a way of allowing our members affected by the pandemic additional time to make their premium payments during this challenging period. If you need to speak to one of our representatives, please give us a call.

In Accordance with New York State Executive Order
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our partner life insurance companies have temporarily extended premium payment periods to ensure that impacted members continue to remain insured even if they are having difficulty making premium payments at this time. If you have been impacted by COVID-19 or the Stay At Home orders and are having difficulty making premium payments, please contact us to see how we can help. While we cannot waive the premium due, we can work with you on a payment schedule to bring your premiums current over time. For more information, please call us TOLL-FREE at 1-800-821-7912. We’re here Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, Central time.

California Wildfires Important Notice
Due to the recent wildfires in California, New York Life, in conjunction with the CA Department of Insurance, is allowing an additional 60-day grace period for due dates between July 1, 2020 through October 1, 2020 for anyone impacted by the fires. This is not a waiver of premium, but a way to allow our members additional time to make their premium payments without penalty. If you need to speak to one of our representatives, please call us at 800-821-7912.

Hurricane Laura Important Notice
New York Life, in conjunction with the Louisiana Department of Insurance, is granting an additional 60-day grace period for premiums due for anyone impacted by Hurricane Laura. This is not a waiver of premium, but a way of allowing our members affected by this hurricane additional time to make their premium payments without penalty. For more information, please call us at 800-821-7912.

Hurricane Sally Important Notice
Due to the devastation of Hurricane Sally, Alabama has declared a state of emergency, effective 9/14/2020. As a result, New York Life is granting an additional 60-day grace period for premiums due for all residents of Alabama. This is not a waiver of premium, but a way of allowing our members affected by this hurricane additional time to make their premium payments without penalty. Now it’s even more convenient to stay up-to-date on your payments with two ways to pay online:

1. USBA EZ PAY is USBA’s monthly automated payment option. Sign up for recurring premium payments and we’ll send you $5 after three recorded deductions as our way of saying thanks!

2. USBA’s Pay By Credit Card for one-time or recurring payments. We now accept credit card payments online for times when you need to make a payment quickly or bring premium payments up to date. Or set up a recurring credit card payment to charge your card monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

For either option, simply register here in our Member Service Center or sign in and select "Pay Premiums" to choose between automated bank drafts or online credit card payments.
