Buying life insurance is more than comparing rates and choosing a benefit amount. During the 54 years USBA has been serving military families, we’ve learned our members value not only the affordability and stability of our products, but also the integrity and personal service they receive.

Members know the promise that stands behind their life insurance decision will be kept with compassion when it comes due.  As President and CEO Robin Snyder, Colonel USAF (Ret.) has said, “When it’s time for your beneficiaries to make a claim, you want to be sure they will be treated with compassion and great care.  Not as a number.”  And that’s exactly what we do at USBA.

Speaking of numbers, here are a few that tell an important story about those serving you at USBA.  Our headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, has a staff of 36 people.  Several of these folks have been with us for 25, 30, even 40 years.  In fact, the average tenure here is over 17 years.  As a result, you may easily find yourself talking to the same person over the years as you contact us with your membership needs.

Yes, USBA is committed to following the legal requirements, guidelines and restrictions expected of our not-for-profit association.  But we never forget the very special people we serve -- military members and their families who understand the value of dedication, service and sacrifice.
