Leadership at Uniformed Services Benefit Association® (USBA®) goes beyond strategy—it’s about compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication to those we serve. Today, we’re proud to announce Victoria Diamond as our new President and CEO.
Victoria Diamond isn’t merely stepping into a new role; she’s continuing a mission she’s deeply lived for nearly three decades. As a military spouse, Victoria intimately understands the unique challenges and triumphs military life brings—constant relocations, building resilient communities and steadfastly supporting service members.
Under Victoria’s leadership, USBA’s mission remains unwavering: Armed with Compassion. Dedicated To Service. As a nonprofit organization providing tailored life insurance and financial solutions to military families, veterans, and federal employees, our commitment remains strong, personal, and focused on serving the unique needs of our Members.
Why Victoria?
Outgoing President Connie Markovich, retiring after an extraordinary 43 years of service, emphasized Victoria’s suitability for the role: “It is my honor to have Victoria lead this organization as I retire. She embodies the strong qualities and commitment to excellent service at the heart of our mission at USBA. Victoria has quickly earned the respect of employees, business partners, and our Board of Directors.”
Since joining USBA in 2019, Victoria has significantly enhanced our financial and accounting operations, previously serving as Vice President of Finance & Accounting and as a key member of senior management. Her impressive career spans over a decade in life insurance, investments, government accounting, and contract management. She has extensive experience navigating complex financial environments while remaining mission focused.
A Leader Who Truly Understands Military Life
Victoria’s connection to military life is personal and profound. Her firsthand experiences as a military spouse provide unique insight into the financial decisions service members face—from deployment planning to post-service financial stability. She’s committed to ensuring our members receive the strongest possible financial protection tailored to their specific needs.

Honoring Our Past, Embracing Our Future
Victoria succeeds Connie Markovich, whose leadership significantly expanded USBA’s coverage options and modernized member services, ensuring the evolving needs of military families were consistently met. As we thank Connie for her remarkable contributions, we confidently look ahead with Victoria at the helm, poised to build upon this strong legacy.
USBA remains dedicated to supporting active-duty military personnel, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and current federal employees with comprehensive financial and life insurance solutions—free from war clauses, uniquely designed for military life. Whether beginning your career, transitioning to civilian life, or planning for retirement, USBA continues to stand ready when you need us most.
