At USBA, we make it easy for you to stay on top of your premium payments when you sign up for one of our convenient online payment methods.
Automated payments from your bank
To ensure you never miss a payment, sign up for USBA EZ PAY. This payment method automatically deducts your monthly insurance premium directly from your bank account.
To get started, sign in to the Member Service Center. Click on the payments tab and select “Pay Premiums Online.” Then complete the authorization form. You can submit the form online or print it and mail it to us.
Credit card payments
Prefer to make your premium payments via credit card? We offer that, too. Visit the Member Service Center and click on the payments tab. Select “Pay Premiums Online” and make a one-time payment of your premium. Or, if you prefer, call a Customer Service Representative to make your payment over the phone.
You also have the option to set up recurring payments via credit card. Choose your preferred payment term: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Register today
If you’ve not yet registered for our Member Service Center, please visit the registration page. You’ll be prompted to fill in your customer information, including your Member ID number.
